A MAN has appeared in court charged with murder after an “exceptional” scientist died following an incident on a city street.
Dr Fortune Gomo, 39, was found seriously injured on South Road, in Dundee, at 4.25pm on Saturday.
Kyler Rattray, 20, from Dundee, was later arrested over her death.
He was charged with murder at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday. He made no plea and was remanded in custody to return to court within the next eight days.
