How many slamming PM have never made mistake?

THE news has been dominated recently by one mistake the Prime Minister made.

What I would love to know is how many of the people calling for his resignation have never made a political mistake, or have been lucky one never came to light.

Sir Keir Starmer has apologised profusely for something that wasn't entirely his fault.

What do they want, blood?

In the words of one of the greatest men that ever walked this Earth, I say, “Let he that is without sin cast the first stone”

Mrs Ann Shepherd, Kinghorn, Fife

IT is amazing to what extent Anas Sarwar’ call for the Prime Minister to quit has backfired.

He led his troops over the top, only to find a handful of footsoldiers behind him, with the vast majority of MSPs and MPs preferring to stay in the trenches.

With a phalanx of MPs and MSPs, including the whole Cabinet, now backing Starmer, all the Scottish Labour leader has served to do through his botched coup attempt is galvanise Sir Keir's position and highlight how weak Sarwar is in a highly divided Scottish branch office.

In creating such widespread chaos, it also makes it almost impossible for him to be able to work with the likes of Douglas Alexander, co-chair of Labour's Scottish election campaign, who supports the PM.

Sarwar attacked Starmer, who is by far in the weakest position in UK politics, but still lost.

Alex Orr, Edinburgh

SO, Sir Keir has got the backing of his Cabinet. Is this the same thing as a football manager getting a vote of confidence from the board?
