108mph driver faces jail for teen passenger death

A DRIVER faces jail after being convicted of killing a teen when he lost control of his car at 108mph.
Josh Buchan, 26, pled guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.
Ben Taylor, 19, was a passenger in Buchan's black Audi RS3 as he crashed in September 2022.
Ben died at the scene in Aberdeen while Buchan and another passenger suffered minor injuries.
