April 19, 2025

A former wedding venue in North Wales is back on the market once again after a 'change of circumstances.

Llanrhaeadr Springs, which also included a restaurant and spa, first opened in 2015. The facility was converted from the former coach house, stable block and outbuildings of Llanrhaeadr Hall.

Unfortunately the venture failed and receivers were called in back in 2019. This saw the site, next to the A525 between Denbigh and Ruthin, close.
