Man in Bibby tragedy was 'disturbed'

AN asylum seeker found dead on the Bibby Stockholm migrant barge was in a disturbed mental state, an inquest has heard.
Consultant psychiatrist Dr Dinesh Maganty said he never met Leonard Farruku, 27, but had read notes from those who did interact with him.
