Grieving sis of mum shot doorstep: I am broken on

A SISTER is "broken" by the killing of a bubbly mum shot at point blank range on her doorstep.
Joanne Penney, 40, was found with massive injuries after a gunshot was heard from her flat.
Sister Nikki posted a picture of them, saying: "Love you so much sis. I'm broken without you." She had earlier posted: "I need you here."
