Brits lick £9k of ice cream in a lifetime

THE average person forks out more than £8,700 on ice cream in their lifetime, research shows.

We eat 3,000 scoops bought from supermarkets, 3,000 on a stick and more than 2,300 from vans, a poll of 2,000 adults found.
