3 counties are raining champions this winter

THIS winter was the wettest on record for Cornwall, Leicestershire and the West Midlands.

Provisional Met Office figures show Dorset and Warwickshire had their second-wettest winter since comparable records began in 1836, while the South had its fourth-worst.
