First Capital Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of First Capital Holdings PLC, announced the appointment of Kavin Karunamoorthy as a Non-Independent Executive Director to the company’s board of directors, with effect from December 2025.

Karunamoorthy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Asset Management Limited, a position he has held since April 2025.
