Son of a Gunn glad he took high road

'DECISION VINDICATED'
THERE is an alternate universe in which Angus Gunn will stroll out at Hampden tonight playing for England against Scotland, rather than the other way around.
But the big Norwich goalkeeper has absolutely no regrets about nailing his colours to Steve Clarke's dark-blue mast- and there will be no sense of 'what might have been' this evening.
Born and raised in Norfolk but with a strong Scottish heritage from his father - former Norwich and Scotland shot-stopper Bryan - there was always going to be a decision to make at some point about Gunn's international path.
With England age-level caps all the way up to the Under-21s, he was tipped for the senior Three Lions a few times and could have kept his options open for longer.
