Open door allows the enemy within
Daily Express

RADICALISED extremists are the new enemy within.
For years, along with others, I've warned of the dangers of uncontrolled immigration - welcoming into our country with open arms people who are entering illegally about whom we know nothing, and those who come here legally but have nothing in common with our values, and have no desire to integrate.
Unfortunately, those on the left have always regarded such views as unenlightened and primitive - feeling a smug sense of superiority about their liberal compassion. They're blissfully unaware of the damage being caused to the country at their do-gooding dinner parties of human rights lawyers, university vice-chancellors and charity CEOs. In contrast, I have always gone home up north each week where people could sense tensions building.
