Harry explorer sued for £1m by heiress over cancelled trip on doomed Titanic sub

AN explorer who guided Prince Harry to the North Pole is locked in a £1million court fight over an axed expedition to the Titanic wreck on the ill-fated Titan submersible.
Henry Cookson, who runs ultra-luxury travel firm Cookson Adventures, was paid £680,000 by billionaire soya milk heiress Karen Lo in 2017 to organise a submarine visit to the sunken liner on the OceanGate Titan craft.
But the 2018 dive was cancelled after the vessel was damaged by lightning and Ms Lo was offered a priority place on a future trip.
However, High Court documents say it never took place due to Covid and Ms Lo is now suing London-based Cookson Adventures.
