Traffic woes and parking foes: A rant worth reading

AH, TRAFFIC and parking, my two main pet hates that seem to rear their ugly heads more often than a whack-a-mole game at the fair.

If you've ever found yourself circling the block for what feels like an eternity, only to end up with a parking fine that feels more like a stealth tax than a legitimate penalty, you're not alone.
According to one of my loyal readers, parking fines are again on the rise, and it's enough to make anyone want to pull their hair out.
Now, let's talk about the local town car parks.
It's downright frustrating to see parking charges increasing in the very towns that are struggling to fill commercial properties and shops.
