THOSE of you with familiarity of Parliamentary procedure will recognise this heading as being the call of the Speaker of the House of Commons in Westminster in an attempt to bring order to the unruly MPs we have elected to govern us.
MPs who do not obey the Speaker's instruction can be banned from the House for a period of time. In other contexts that is often referred to as the 'Sin Bin' - a place in some sports where a player who has broken the rules can be sent for a period to cool off.
