'Pimp' and kids' author jailed over prostitution of underage girls in 90s

VULNERABLE VICTIMS WERE IN CARE SYSTEM
TWO men have been jailed over the prostitution of underage girls from care homes in Birmingham during the 1990s.
Paul Doyle, 65, ran escorting and so-called kissogram agencies in the city pimping out young girls.
He also 'tested them out himself' in depraved sexual initiations.
Anthony Bayliss, 78, was a 'rich customer' who liked 'young and skinny' girls preferably virgins to have sex with.
The 'flashy' predator drove a Rolls Royce, had a big house in Wolverhampton and posed as a Channel 4 producer before going on to become a children's author and successful businessman.
Following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court, Doyle, of Mickleton Avenue, Sheldon, was found guilty of living off prostitution in relation to 'pimping' out a 15-year-old girl and indecently assaulting a 14-year-old girl. The latter offence would be rape by modern legislation, the judge ruled. He was sentenced to six-and-a-half years.
