Family's tributes to 'beautiful girl', 19

THE DISTRAUGHT family of a teenager who was found dead in an Oldbury street have paid tribute to their 'beautiful girl' whose 'laughter could light up the world'.

Emergency services found Lily Whitehouse seriously injured on Park Street on November 5.
Despite the best efforts of medics, the 19-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe Lily was hit by a vehicle on nearby Old Park Lane.
