Understanding disordered sleeping patterns and ways to manage them can be life-changing. Tracy Taris, MA, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist, president, and owner of Healing The Mind & Spirit, Inc., and author of Many Voices ONE TRUTH, shares her insight and expert tips on putting restless nights to bed!

What are some practical strategies that women can use to combat stress and worry that are creating inadequate sleep patterns?
