Buffalo Wing Dip

All the signature flavors of Buffalo chicken wings are waiting to be scooped up in this warm dip. We love it with tortilla chips or celery sticks, but it can be served with crackers or pita chips too.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened

1 bottle (5 oz.) Louisiana-style hot sauce

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

¾ cup chopped celery

Tortilla chips and celery sticks

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth. Stir in chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, blue cheese and celery. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, top with additional blue cheese crumbles and chopped celery. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.

Grilled Corn with Lime Butter

I’ve always made herb butter and garlic butter to go with my corn on the cob. Once, I put a little lime juice in the butter and have done that ever since. My family loves it and asks for it every time we have corn!
