The i-dle member and solo artiste talks to L'OFFICIEL about the opening nights of the group's 2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation], their upcoming stop in Singapore, and what NEVERLAND can expect from MIYEON this year

Over the four days that we were in Seoul to photograph MIYEON, the temperature dipped from 17 to 0°C. But nevermind the frigid air and occasional shivers in the studio on our shoot day, she radiates warmth and friendliness as soon as she appears on set, positively taking the chill off. Right before our cover shoot, MIYEON and her fellow i-dle members kicked off their 2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] with two opening shows in Seoul — even so, the seasoned star shows no sign of fatigue on set, speaking spiritedly with the shoot crew and posing energetically in the Prada Spring/Summer 2026 wardrobe that we prepared. The vocalist shared with L’OFFICIEL SINGAPORE how she relished the opening nights, and what NEVERLAND can expect when the group arrives in Singapore this June.

Hi MIYEON! Last year, i-dle released your 8th Mini Album [We Are], as well as your JAPAN 1st EP「i-dle」. [We Are] has sold over a million copies in South Korea. How do you feel about the group’s continued success? I feel nothing but gratitude. The more love we receive, the more I want to give back, and I feel conf ident that we can do that. That’s why I’m excited and looking forward to what lies ahead. Just as we always have, we’ ll continue to ref lect, share the stories we want to tell, and grow through each step. Rather than feeling pressure, I see it as a sense of responsibility — and I’m preparing for what’s next with conf idence and positive energy.
