THE RESIDENCE

NEW FROM THURSDAY 20 MARCH, NETFLIX COMEDY DRAMA

H er breakthrough role was playing convicted felon Suzanne 'Crazy Eyes' Warren in hit US prison-set dramedy Orange Is the New Black. Now, Uzo Aduba is on a mission to put a murderer behind bars as an eccentric sleuth investigating foul play at the White House in Netflix's The Residence, an ambitious eight-part whodunnit from the makers of Bridgerton and Grey's Anatomy.

Leading a large ensemble cast, the 44-year-old star is eagle-eyed Cordelia Cupp, a keen ornithologist who's called to the famous Washington abode when a senior member of the domestic staff, A.B. Wynter (Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito), is found dead during a state dinner.

The high number of potential suspects makes this a particularly challenging case for the world-renowned detective, and those helping her: Chief of Police Larry Dokes (Isiah Whitlock Jr) and FBI agent Edwin Park (Randall Park).
