With some research suggesting a link between ultra-processed foods and a greater risk of health problems, new C4 documentary Licensed to Kill sees fitness coach Joe Wicks explore what damage the ingredients found in these items are doing to our bodies as he teams up with Dr Chris van Tulleken for a thought-provoking experiment they believe will convince the government to tighten industry regulations.
