GD32 MCU Family Expands High-Performance Portfolio with New GD32F503/505 Series MCU

GigaDevice, a leading semiconductor company specializing in Flash memory, 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs), sensors, and analog products, announced the official launch of the GD32F503/505 series of high-performance 32-bit MCUs, expanding its product range based on the ARM Cortex-M33 core.

GD32 MCU Family Expands High-Performance Portfolio with New GD32F503/505 Series MCU

These new MCUs are built upon the ARM Cortex-M33 core, offering enhanced performance and features designed for a variety of applications. The GD32F505 operates at a frequency of 280MHz, while the GD32F503 runs at 252MHz, providing a solid foundation for demanding tasks in areas such as digital power supplies, industrial automation, motor control, and robotics. Samples are currently available, with mass production slated to commence in December.
