The Valley star Jasmine Goode had her proposal to partner Melissa Marie all planned out: A ring at the ready, she figured a trip to Europe would be the perfect time to pop the question.
"I thought we were just gonna take a photo," Goode said of Marie's "perfect" surprise proposal in Italy, noting that the sun came out just in time.
