KATHERINE HEIGL 'There's No Shame' in Aging

Katherine Heigl has made peace with getting older.

"I'm grateful to be 46 years old," Heigl tells Us. "I'm grateful to be alive."

“You have days when you think, ‘I wish I looked like I did when I was 25,’ but I wouldn’t go back to 25 for all the tea in China,” says the 46-year-old mom of three (she and husband Josh Kelley, 45, share daughters Naleigh, 16, and Adalaide, 13, and son Joshua, 8). “I’m very grateful I’ve had another 20 years of life to love and learn and grow.” The Grey’s Anatomy alum — who recently became a brand ambassador for Poise sanitary pads — talks to Us about embracing what’s next.
