BIRTHDAY BOY!
Just as I finished the halfway point on my Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons tour, I took a few days off to celebrate my 53rd birthday. It's been so crazy being on the road that it was just lovely to wake up at home and be with the family. Emily's been so sweet, asking me constantly what I wanted - and I didn't want anything! I don't want anyone spending on me but at the same time, I know people get a lot of joy in giving the right thing to the people they love.
FLYING THE NESTGavin And Stacey's Joanna Page is one of the nicest people I've ever met. We did Cooking With The Stars together. I saw recently she'd said she worries about her children flying the nest one day. Emily worries about this as well but I try to look at it a slightly different way. I have the hope that one of our children will have children and we'll get do it all again, as grandparents!
