NEARLY three decades after the Christmas murder of child pageant princess JonBenét Ramsey, the 6-year-old's heartbroken father is turning to the one man who could solve the most famous cold case of all time — President Donald Trump!

In an exclusive interview with The National ENQUIRER, John Ramsey reveals he believes the no-nonsense commander-in-chief could use his vast power to find the dirtbag who snatched John's young daughter from her Boulder, Colo., bed, sexually abused her, then bludgeoned and strangled her in 1996.

JonBenét’s body was found in the Ramsey home in Boulder, Colo.

Ramsey, 83, says he wants Trump to “address the rather primitive system of crime investigation in our country,” which allows “18,000 independently managed jurisdictions of law enforcement to handle their own cases” — even if the authorities are in way over their heads.

“Resources from outside of these jurisdictions can only provide help if invited,” Ramsey explains. “The City of Boulder jurisdiction, without any experience in murder investigations, refused the experienced help that was offered. That was the major failure in our case.”
