IMAGE-CONSCIOUS Khloé Kardashian may have honed her honker yet again — six years after first surgically altering her sniffer, according to pals who fear the reality star's nose could collapse if she doesn't quit going under the knife.

“She’s tweaked her nose so many times that there’s nothing much to operate on because the cartilage is so thin.

“But it’s always been one area of her features she felt most insecure about and can't stop tampering with,” an insider says.
