In this role, Sandeep will be responsible for formulating strategic planning, driving operational efficiency through new-age technology adoption, leading cross-functional operations, managing key supply chain stakeholders, and building stronger customer engagement by offering innovative and efficient logistics solutions.
Sandeep will also drive a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for technological advancements, process improvements, and sustainable practices. He will report to Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. (GESCPL). The company's express business is housed under GESCPL.
