Ashish Deora: From Ground Up

Ashish Deora founded Aurum Ventures back in 1996. He set out on a journey that would span decades, redefine India’s real estate sector, and leave an indelible mark on the PropTech industry. His approach was rooted in principles of integrity, hard work, and value creation.

These laid the foundation for what would become a remarkable legacy. “1996 feels like a lifetime ago, yet somehow still feels like yesterday,” he reflects. "As a first-generation entrepreneur, navigating the business landscape was more difficult then than it is today.” The challenges were considerable, but his drive to build something lasting was even greater.
