Office REITs set to double share in India's Grade A space

India's office real estate investment trusts (REITs) are poised for strong growth, with their share of Grade A office space expected to nearly double over the next five years.

According to Colliers' latest report, the country's four listed office REITs currently account for 16 per cent of Grade A stock, covering 133 mn sq ft. This figure is projected to rise to 30 per cent, fueled by growing demand from global capability centres (GCCs), technology firms, and BFSI occupiers.
