Clovia is a leading fashion, lingerie, and personal care brand catering to urban millennial women. Launched in 2015, the brand designs, manufactures, and retails premium lingerie, innerwear, nightwear, shapewear, swimwear, and athleisure under the Clovia label, and personal care products under its Skivia brand. In 2022, Reliance Retail Ventures acquired an 89% stake in Clovia.

Offering more than 6,000 product styles— including over 250 new lingerie styles each month across 50+ sizes for 9 body types— Clovia leverages its proprietary “Clovia Curve Fit Test” to design based on customer feedback. With a customer base of over 5 million across 2,500+ cities, the company ships nearly 1.3 million products a month— roughly one every second.
Franchising Journey
Clovia began franchising seven months ago, marking a new chapter in its growth. Despite being in the early stages, the brand has already launched 20+ franchise outlets across India, with many more in the pipeline. Expansion is currently focused on high-potential Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
The company operates on a FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated) model, which it views as a strategic lever for rapid scale-up. This model allows Clovia to deepen its neighborhood presence, bring the brand closer to consumers' everyday lives, and enhance accessibility.
