Angela Griffin reveals why eating healthily is important when you have teenage daughters…
HAYLEY MINN

Angela Griffin found fame as Fiona Middleton on Coronation Street in 1992, and has been on our screens in various TVshows, including Cutting It and Netflix’s White Lines, ever since. In the past the 44-year-old actor has confessed being in the public eye has had an affect on her appearance, despite the fact that she’s barely aged since her Corrie days. However, she’s conscious about setting a good example for her daughters, Tallulah, 16, and Melissa, 13, and making sure that they feel confident in themselves.

STAYING CONSISTENT

Angela admits that she ‘massively’ cares about her appearance, as so many of the jobs she goes for are based on how she looks. And she’s always been aware of staying in shape and consistently looking the same throughout her career.

She tells us, ‘I’m very aware of keeping myself in a good way, making sure I’ve got good skin and hair, and keeping myself healthy and trying to keep myself looking the same so that I don’t audition for a job and then I’m four times bigger, or blonde.’
