Something like the Batcave, but the last 20 winners of the Tour de France are all chained to the wall, with an endless supply of adrenaline pumping into their legs, which are spinning two cranks to power the turbo room’s lights. And they have to shout encouragement at me from a pre-made script, otherwise they will get fish heads in a bucket for dinner. Dominic Evans
