A CONMAN “obsessed” with a £500,000 flat deceived bailiffs into evicting the owner while he was on holiday.
Shahrooz Ghassemian, 47, was found “sitting on the couch watching TV” when police came to arrest him.
A court heard Ghassemian, first evicted from the flat in 2015, forged signatures of High Court judges to convince enforcement agents he was still the owner and could be let in.
