US author Colleen Hoover's latest novel is likely to have you squirming in your comfy armchair. Young, critically acclaimed but not financially successful author Lowen Ashleigh is asked by her literary agent to pick up writing a successful series written by best-selling writer Verity Crawford, who has been in a debilitating car crash. Unable to pay her bills after nursing her ailing mother, Lowen has little choice but to accept the lucrative role. She soon finds herself at the luxury home of the Crawford family in Vermont, trying to get her head around Verity's style of writing.
