AMM - Being a Taekwondo World Gold Medallist, 14 times British Champion and 4 times European Champion, and someone still comes up to you on the street and picks a fight with you, what would you do?

Silvio - I would first and foremost attempt to defuse the situation, release the tension, resolve the conflict. There are NO winners in any fight. Both sides lose. I don’t fancy police station nor hospital. Men fight for survival, dominance, personal gain and most often to massage their little egos. I am happy to walk away from the fight UNLESS I am accompanied by a friend or family member whose safety is jeopardized. Then, and only then I will resort to doing anything I have to do to protect them and their wellbeing. For me personally, it is not fighting other men and defeating them that makes me tough. It has been defeating my own personal demons and fears that has yielded my grandest victories and made me tougher altogether.

AMM - What was the most memorable thing you’ve learned from Jet Li while working with him?

Silvio - I had been a big fan of Jet Li prior to being cast in Unleashed. The Action Director, Yuen Wo Ping, had just returned from Australia shooting Matrix 2 and Matrix 3 back to back to join the cast of
