Located about four kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD, it’s thought that this Queenslander was built in the early 1930s – so it’s slightly younger than most of the Queenslanders in the city.

When the homeowners, a couple with two young children, purchased the house in 2016, it had already been elevated a full level above the ground to give the main living areas more breathing space. In doing so, an undercroft had been created which, for these owners, presented the perfect opportunity to create additional room for family living and entertaining.
