ROCKED by illness and heartache, sickly singer Tina Turner has been hit with a deadly stomach cancer diagnosis, according to chilling reports — and insiders fear she may have just six months to live!

The devastating news bared by Glenn Cosby’s V103 radio show comes as the superstar, 78, is still reeling over her 59-year-old son Craig’s death in July from a self inflicted gunshot wound.

“Tina had a fondness for Craig because he represented a more innocent time in her life,” says a source, who calls his suicide the kind of tragedy “she won’t recover from.”

Tina herself said scattering her firstborn’s ashes was her “saddest day” as a mother.
