The 81-year-old sleaze — once beloved as America’s Dad — is appealing his sexual assault conviction, charging Pennsylvania Judge Steven O’Neill showed “racial hatred” and “prejudice” against him during his trial.

The pond scum continues to paint himself a victim, claiming he’s a “political prisoner” in the state’s SCI Phoenix jail.
