All Strings Attached III is hosted by the online South African Strings Convention in collaboration with the University of Stellenbosch which highlights the beauty, diversity, and unique flavors of South African string playing, pedagogy, and performance. Enjoy a focus on Anton Dvorak’s Serenade for Strings.

HEALTHCARE NIGHT RUN

Welcome to the Cape Town 7km Night Run in Sea Point at Mouille Point Lighthouse. This family-friendly running event is open to everyone. Run with healthcare workers from the main Night Run venue. Run an organized 7km route from designated Run/Walk for Life Club venues (your proof of entry will be required), or run a 7km route from anywhere. Held in honor of healthcare workers and to raise funds for bursaries for student nurses. The first 2 000 entrants will receive two super gifts at registration.
