Since marrying Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan has ruffled feathers with her outspoken personality and “difficult” behavior. But after welcoming son Archie on May 6, royal watchers hoped that the new mom would change her ways and quietly settle into palace life. So far, that hasn’t been the case.

On July 4, Meghan drew major backlash at Wimbledon for her tight security and “no photo” policy. “Everyone said that she was an absolute nightmare,” says a palace insider, noting that the Suits alum also reportedly broke dress code by wearing jeans to the prestigious tennis tournament. Two days later she faced criticism again, not only from the public, but also from members of the royal family for making Archie’s christening a private event.
