As shoppers line up outside malls and retail outlets in Winnipeg, some uncertainty remains about how provincial public health guidelines are being applied to malls and large retail outlets.

Section 5(1) of the current public health orders sets capacity for retail stores at 25 per cent capacity, or 250 people, whichever is lower. A separate section of the health order, 5(2), sets capacity for malls or shopping centres at 25 per cent of regular capacity, without specifying a maximum number of people.

Airia Mall in Association with TRRAIN Creates Livelihood for Persons with Disabilities
