Global body launches goals for sustainable beef production

The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB), an initiative established in 2010, recently launched its global sustainability goals, which are aimed at advancing and improving the sustainability of the global beef value chain

According to a statement by GRSB, it intended to drive progress in sustainable beef production by setting “ambitious goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving land use, and enhancing best practices in animal welfare”.
