According to the recently released ‘2023 Energy Transformation Readiness Study’ by Linux Foundation Energy, G-PST, RWTH Aachen, and Zpryme, more than 75% of utilities have digitalisation plans and over half are turning to open source to power their innovation.

The report offers survey-based insights that clearly show that the industry is poised for tremendous change in the coming years, and the use of open source is playing a pivotal role in driving growth.
The Asia Pacific region is leading the way in implementing digitalisation plans with an impressive 84%! North America is close behind at 78%, with Europe at 62%.
