Babar, Rizwan dropped for NZ T20Is, Agha to captain Pakistan

After the recent setbacks in white-ball cricket, Pakistan made leadership changes in their T20I set-up, and announced Salman Ali Agha as the captain of their T20 side ahead of the tour to New Zealand for a five-match series.
Pakistan have made sweeping changes to their T20 setup ahead of the tour against New Zealand, with Mohammed Rizwan and Babar Azam both dropped after a dismal campaign at the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy at home.
Agha has been appointed as the new T20I captain, taking over from Rizwan, who endured a tough run as skipper, losing all four T20Is under his leadership. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have also confirmed their one-day international squad following their early exit from the ICC Champions Trophy, with Mohammad Rizwan keeping the captaincy in the 50-overs format.
