Site to be turned into apartments
HISTORIC former potbanks could be transformed into living space if plans are approved.
Stirling Property Co Ltd wants to convert the former Atlas and Cleveland Works in College Road, Shelton, into 18 apartments and seven townhouses.
Permission is also being sought to construct up to 47 apartments on vacant land to the south of the site.
