William, 30, was 'hiding' from police officers in vehicle
A MAN on the run from police was found dead in the back of a van.
William Ellison was 'hiding' in the vehicle outside his parents' address in Clayton to try to evade being caught by Staffordshire Police over an alleged offence.
The 30-year-old, right, had been picked up by his dad from Keele roundabout after being out with friends.
He ate a meal before going to sleep in the van on Darsham Gardens on the evening of April 14, 2025. But he never woke up and paramedics were alerted the following morning.
