Witness plea after teen dies in crash

A TEENAGER died after crashing an electric motorcycle in Northumberland.

A police investigation has been launched following the one-vehicle crash in Bedlington and witnesses are being urged to come forward.

The crash happened shortly before 3pm on Friday, with police receiving a report of a collision involving a black and red Talaria electric motorcycle on Moorland Avenue.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 19-year-old man, sustained serious injuries in the incident.
