ALUN Armstrong has insisted Gateshead will keep their feet on the ground after they enjoyed an impressive bank holiday weekend.
The Heed bounced back from a chastening midweek visit to Rochdale as they suffered a 4-0 defeat at the Crown Oil Arena by taking maximum points from a home game with Tamworth and Monday’s long trip to Yeovil Town.
Two goals from on-loan Doncaster Rovers midfielder Will Flint were enough to help Armstrong's men to a 2-1 home win against the Lambs before the Heed produced a stunning turnaround to secure a second away win of the season at Yeovil.
After finding themselves three goals down when the halftime whistle was blown at Huish Park, second-half strikes from Frank Nouble and Kyle Hurst and a brace from Kain Adom helped Gateshead to the most dramatic of wins.
