Spudz Huddersfield is closing its doors
HUDDERSFIELD foodies have spoken of their devastation after “the best chain in town” announced the closure of its Huddersfield branch.
Spudz - a takeaway that offers giant jacket potatoes with generous toppings - opened its doors in the Rate My Takeaway food court in the Packhorse Centre, Huddersfield, in June.
Yet just four months after opening, fans of the jacket potato makers have been left devastated after it announced its closure on Facebook on Saturday (October 11).
